1. Token Purchases
Tokens are prepaid credits that allow you to process, compress, or share 3D models using our tools. Once purchased, tokens are added to your account balance and do not expire.
2. Refunds for Unused Tokens
Tokens are non-refundable once any portion of the package has been consumed. If you have not used any tokens from a recent purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days. Unused tokens remain in your account and never expire. If you mistakenly purchase duplicate token packs, contact us within 48 hours for assistance.
3. Refund Eligibility
- Full refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase if no premium processing or tokens were consumed.
- Partial refunds may be granted for technical issues we cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe.
- We do not issue refunds for downtime caused by scheduled maintenance or user-side issues.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email billing@3dmodel.tools with your account email, order ID, and a short description of the issue. Our billing team will respond within 3 business days.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in immediate account suspension. We are always happy to help resolve payment issues directly.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy periodically. Significant changes will be announced via email and reflected on this page with a revised date.
