3. 3D Model Content

By using our Service to process 3D models, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and authorize us to process the 3D models you upload.
• Your 3D models do not violate the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party.
• You understand that we do not claim ownership of your 3D models, but we require certain permissions to process them according to your requests.
• You are responsible for backing up your own 3D model files.

4. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

5. Tokens and Payment

Some aspects of our Service operate on a token-based system. Please note the following:

• New users receive a limited number of free tokens upon registration.
• Additional tokens must be purchased through our platform.
• Tokens are non-refundable once used for processing a 3D model.
• We reserve the right to change token pricing or model at any time.
• All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.

6. Service Limitations

The Service has certain limitations, including maximum file sizes, number of simultaneous processes, and processing time. These limitations may vary based on server load and account type. We reserve the right to impose or modify these limitations at any time to ensure optimal performance for all users.

7. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.
